The Schaeffler Group is a global automotive and industrial supplier that is working on many future facing topics. They were urgently looking for suitable employees at several locations. They faced the challenge that most potential candidates perceived Schaeffler as a dusty corporation and not as the modern high-tech company they are. Using personas that we developed based on data, we identified a suitable mindset of people who want to make a difference in their profession. From this, we derived the EVP "Drive your Career" and developed a digital campaign that connected with potential candidates during their regular media usage on social media. Did it work? The campaign was actually so successful in Germany that it was subsequently rolled out worldwide.
